Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Disclaimer:

● "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Disclaimer) refers to EVA Design Solutions.

● "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

● "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

● "Service" refers to the Website.

● "Website" refers to evadesignsolutions.com,  accessible from http://www.evadesignsolutions.com

● "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EVA Design Solutions. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is fulfilled, by either confirming the Product availability, or upon completion of the Online Order or Custom Order. 

 

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, fulfillment and shipments may be delayed by 7-10 days. Please allow additional days for the fulfillment and delivery, and place Your Order at least 5-6 weeks before You want to receive the costume. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email, phone, or text.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

● Shipping method: UPS Ground: usually $30  and up depending on your location.  Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days 

● Shipping method: various UPS Expedited Service:  usually $45 and up, depending on your location. Estimated delivery time: 2, 3 or 4 business days 

● Shipping method: UPS International: $55 and up. Estimated delivery time: 14-30 business days 

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 

If the shipping charges should exceed the estimated shipping cost, We will contact You asking to cover the difference.  

Delivery delays or package lost can occasionally occur with UPS. We do not bear responsibility for those incidents.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

EVA Design Solutions ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

EVA Design Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) 

Damages 

EVA Design Solutions is not liable for any products damaged, delayed or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged or delayed, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

We are not responsible for Orders that have not arrived due to incorrect address details You’ve provided at the time of Your Order, problems with customs, or delays and loss of the product by postal services. 

 

We will not reimburse You for any fees You paid for Our Product or Service if the Product has been damaged or lost en route to You by any third party, including postal or custom services.   

 

If the Product You rented from Us has been lost or damaged because of Your or anybody else’s actions or during the return process due to the actions of the postal or custom services, You will be liable for the replacement/repair amount of the Product You rented. Therefore, We advise You to take good care of the rental Product and use shipping services that provide tracking numbers and insurance.
