If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

 

  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to EVA Design Solutions.

  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the "Services".
     

  • “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
     

  • “Service” refers to the Website.
     

  • “Website” refers to evadesignsolutions.com,  accessible from http://www.evadesignsolutions.com

  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 
Your Order Cancellation and Exchange Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within the first 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

 

EVA Design Solutions specializes in unique hand-made costumes and clothing. Because every product We sell or rent out is not mass produced, we DO NOT accept returns. We can exchange the product You bought for the piece of the same or different style only if the size did not fit, after We received from You the original product. Such exchange can be made within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. Please make sure that you send the Goods to be exchanged in their original packaging and undamaged. 

 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or exchange, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and receive written approval for either cancellation or exchange. You can inform us of your decision by:

 

 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We approve Your cancelation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

We reserve the right to refuse order cancelation or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the Goods You are exchanging to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the exchange shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages 

​

EVA Design Solutions is not liable for any products damaged, delayed or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged or delayed, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

We are not responsible for Orders that have not arrived due to incorrect address details You’ve provided at the time of Your Order, problems with customs, or delays and loss of the product by postal services. 

 

We will not reimburse You for any fees You paid for Our Product or Service if the Product has been damaged or lost en route to You by any third party, including postal or custom services.   

 

If the Product You rented from Us has been lost or damaged because of Your or anybody else’s actions or during the return process due to the actions of the postal or custom services, You will be liable for the replacement/repair amount of the Product You rented. Therefore, We advise You to take good care of the rental Product and use shipping services that provide tracking numbers and insurance.
