Key Rental Terms and Conditions

RENT is $ 200 per 2-day rental period.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT is $500 (required with rent order).
The deposit will be returned once we receive the costume back from you ( in its original condition, unaltered and undamaged).
 
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer. We do not cover the return shipping. 
 
Please plan your order  so that there is enough time for processing ( 3  weeks) + shipping ( 1 week).  Rush shipping available for extra charge.

  • We are NOT responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of the packages during shipping to or from the customer.  We will NOT issue a refund due to the above-mentioned conditions.

     

    Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for both purchase and rental orders. We are NOT covering shipping charges for the rental orders. 

     

    Rental costumes should be properly returned without delay after the use by the customer, within the next 2-3 days. We will charge a late fee if the customer delays return shipping.
